The Inspector supervises Moominvalley and its residents. Moominvalley is a calm and safe place, so he has very little to do. Most of his time is spent chasing mischief-maker Stinky, whom he always manages to catch.
2020 marked the 75th anniversary of the publication of Tove Jansson's first Moomin work in 1945. In honor of the celebration, a special gold-colored stamp will be printed on the bottom of Arabia's Moomin classic mugs.
