This project has been a long time dream of providing unique short term accommodation in our beautiful city, Newcastle, whilst sharing some of the great experiences and products which we found whilst living in Sweden, and our great love of Nordic Design.

Both properties are located in Cooks Hill, an inner city suburb of Newcastle. Within 300m you will have access to many galleries, parks, cafes, restaurants and bars. Newcastle Harbour is less than 1km away, and our favourite beaches are an easy 5 minute drive, 20 minute walk.

Rate: Weekdays from (Sunday - Thursday) $285 / night ; Weekends $350 / night ; $85 cleaning fee; Minimum 2 night stay. Discounts are available for 5+ night stays.

Please note that our property is located in an inner city residential area. We really like and respect our neighbours and cannot tolerate any parties or loud music during your stay. Smoking will also not be tolerated anywhere on the property (including the courtyard and verandah).
Parking can be quite tricky in Cooks Hill. Please be prepared that the property does not have off street parking and you may not always be able to park close to the property.
