Nyåkers is the oldest biscuit bakery in Sweden and they've been producing these pepparkakor (ginger snaps) since the beginning. The cookies (the recipe is of course a secret) have been a favorite in Sweden for close to 80 years and now they are enjoyed all over the world. They get their name from the "snap" they make when you bite into them. Packed in gorgeous red tin.
