Nyåker's classic round gingerbread cookies in 300 g packaging. Baked according to the original recipe from 1952. The spices are well balanced and the cookies have a nice crispness. The test winner - Nyåker's gingerbread cookies are baked the same way they have always been made - at home in Västerbotten.

Nyåkers is the oldest biscuit bakery in Sweden and they've been producing these pepparkakor (ginger snaps) since the beginning. The cookies (the recipe is of course a secret) have been a favourite in Sweden for close to 80 years and now they are enjoyed all over the world. They get their name from the "snap" they make when you bite into them.
