This year, 2020, we are celebrating the 75th anniversary of Pippi Longstocking so it is so perfect to have found this wonderful book from the series Little People Big Dreams, all about the most loved Swedish children's author - Astrid Lindgren.
Astrid was a woman of great strength, courage, love and resilience and her story is really special.
We just love this book and it is wonderful to be able to share her story with our children (boys and girls!) Earlier this year, Pappa Sven held a special movie screening in Newcastle 'Becoming Astrid' about the life of Astrid Lindgren, we highly recommend it if you get a chance to watch it too!
