This Easter we are teaming up with our friends at FIKA to bring you some freshly prepared Swedish Easter treats to share over the long weekend.
Please note that all items must be collected from Pappa Sven on Thursday April 2nd from 11am - 5pm
A Scandinavian staple, a whole grain rye bread.
Danish rye bread or Danskt rågbröd as we call it in Swedish is a deliciously dense yet soft, fiber rich rye. Best eaten thinly sliced as an open sandwich either fresh or toasted.

Rye kernels & flour, sunflower seeds, linseeds, salt, yeast, sourdough, flour, rice syrup
