Sthål - Large Serving Plate (Spring Green)

The ARABESQUE collection by Sthål is designed and created in the Sthål
studio in Southern Sweden by Susanna Theander and Helena Åkesson–Liedberg the clever creatives behind this amazing Swedish brand.

I don't think I have ever seen a plate quite as beautiful as this. The green, the pattern, the size....so beautiful! The large round server has a beautiful fluted edge and is divine to serve a special occasion cake that will sit perfectly in the centre of the plate.

Made is in Portugal the serving dishes are made of white stoneware clay which is fired in extremely high temperatures making it very practical and durable. 

Sthål strive to make their products look and feel handmade. The beautiful glazes are achieved by applying a number of manual processes to create a unique and high quality luxurious finish. Each piece is a unique work of art of a quality that will endure through the generations. 

All pieces in the collection are practical for everyday convenience and can be used direct from the oven to the table. They are also safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher.

We are so excited to have Sthål at Pappa Sven and can't wait to see it sitting along side our favourite Marimekko and iittala pieces.
