We have had so many requests for years for genuine Nordic cheese slicers, however I had never able to find anything that looked like it would really slice the cheese properly ... until the day a Norwegian family came into the shop and started talking about the Bjørklund cheese slicers and Helene then told me that this was the cheese slicer that her parents always had when she was growing up.
