Tuesday March 11th - International Women's Day Movie Night
Our annual International Women's Day Movie Night this year is being held at Hoyts Charlestown with an exclusive screening of the 'The Summer Book' , based on Tove Jansson's beloved novel. All money raised is being donated to Jenny's Place which provides support and direct relief to women and children in the Hunter Region.
Monday March 24th & 31st - Knitting Workshop
Join us at Pappa Sven to develop your knitting skills and learn to follow a pattern as well as increase and decrease stitches. Bookings available via our website
Tuesday March 25th - Våffeldagen / Waffle Day
Join us in the store from 10am - 12pm to celebrate the Scandinavian Waffle Day. We will be serving freshly cooked waffles and coffee all morning. No bookings required.
Thursday April 17th - Easter Fika at Pappa Sven
Visit our pop up Easter bakery with freshly baked buns and other beautiful produce available for sale from our friends at FIKA in Manly.
Tuesday May 13th - Celebrate Norway's Constitution Day at Pappa Sven
Join us for a special lunch in the shop. We will be serving Meatballs & Waffles. More details to come - Bookings essential.
Sunday June 1st - Pappa Sven's Winter Swim
Join us for an early morning winter swim and Nordic breakfast at Newcastle Beach.
Friday June 6th - FIKA Pop Up to Celebrate Sweden's National Day
Come and enjoy authentic FIKA from our favourite Swedish bakers to celebrate Sweden's National Day.

Join us in the store to enjoy freshly baked cinnamon buns and other treats from Fika Cafe in Manly. Pre Orders can also be made via the Fika Website, or just turn up on the day for our pop up bakery.
