In the late 1950s, Maija Isola designed a wide series of Marimekko prints with motifs that expressed her deep love of nature. Among those prints was the joyous Auringonkukka (sunflower) pattern. We just love this fabulous collection!
Made of laminated birch plywood, this lightweight tray features the Auringonkukka pattern. The reverse side of the tray is of a natural plywood colour.
This is a super sized tray and really shows this fabulous design in all of its joyful glory!
