Marimekko Siirtolapuutarha Blanket / Throw

Marimekko designs are much like your children, it is impossible to have a favourite, but there is just something so unique and gorgeous about this design by Maija Louekari.

Siirtolapuutarha (city garden) is a brilliant line drawing which tells a tale of a journey from a bustling city centre to an allotment garden overflowing with flowers and vegetables.

The Siirtolapuutarha pattern in off white and black adorns this cotton blanket with fringes at the ends, which measures 130 x 180 cm.

Made from 100% cotton it is perfect for popping at the end of the couch or a bed. We love this weight of blanket as it is cosy during winter, but also during the summer months when a southerly comes through and you are enjoying a rare moment on the couch reading the paper :)
